By accessing or using CreatorAI (creatorai.fun, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts, fake accounts, or accounts created via bots or automation are prohibited and may be terminated without payout.
• You agree to provide accurate information during signup and withdrawal requests.

3. Earning Coins

Coins are earned by completing surveys, games, and partner offers made available on the Service. Coin amounts are determined by CreatorAI and its partners and may change without prior notice. Coins have no cash value until successfully redeemed under these Terms.

4. Marketplace

• CreatorAI provides a platform for users to list items for sale and communicate with buyers. We are not a party to any transaction between users and do not process payments, guarantee item condition, or mediate disputes.
• Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for arranging safe payment and exchange of goods.
• Prohibited listings include illegal goods, counterfeit items, weapons, and any items violating applicable law.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any account for fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited activity.

5. Games Arcade Submissions

• Developers may submit games for listing on CreatorAI. Submitted games are reviewed before being made public.
• By submitting a game, you confirm you own or have the right to distribute the submitted content, and that it does not contain malicious code, offensive material, or infringe third-party rights.
• CreatorAI reserves the right to remove any listed game at its discretion.

6. Video Content

• Users may feature YouTube videos they own or have rights to share in My Tube Room.
• CreatorAI does not host video files directly; content is embedded from YouTube and subject to YouTube's own terms.
• We reserve the right to remove any submitted video link at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, VPN/proxy manipulation, or emulators to complete offers or surveys fraudulently
• Create multiple accounts to abuse referral rewards
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service's security
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid coin balances.

8. Third-Party Offers

Surveys, games, and offers listed under Opportunities are provided by third-party partners. CreatorAI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or completion crediting of third-party offers.

9. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements to support free access, including between games, before videos, and between shorts. Ads are separate from any earning mechanism; users are never rewarded for viewing or clicking advertisements.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CreatorAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including marketplace transactions, third-party game or video content, or service interruptions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
